Baking has been my passion for as long as I can remember—from weekends with my Nan to creating birthday cakes for my boys, and now, crafting luxury wedding cakes. I’m always refining my skills, exploring new techniques, and perfecting floral arrangements, colour, and design.

I love incorporating fresh flowers, ensuring each cake seamlessly complements my couple’s special day. But a cake should taste as exquisite as it looks—mine are soft, light, and full of flavour, made with the finest ingredients for an unforgettable experience.

When I’m not baking, I’m with my husband and sons, enjoying family, travel, and new adventures.

Sarah was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding cake and we are both so incredibly grateful to her. She has been amazing from the very start and our carrot wedding cake was absolutely divine! We had so many compliments from our guests who said it was the best carrot cake they had ever tasted (and they were not wrong!). We had a doughnut tower with a single tier on top and Sarah did it all! She provided the cake, the doughnuts, the stand and even liaised with our florist to ensure they provided her with the flowers to match our theme.
