I have always baked, from when I was young with my Nan at the weekend, to when I was home with my boys creating their birthday cakes to now where it is my full-time love and business. I am always learning new techniques and experimenting with floral arranging, colour, design and style.
I love fresh flowers and enjoy incorporating them into the design and style of my cakes ensuring they fit seamlessly into my couple's special day.
But it isn’t all about how the cake looks it has to taste amazing as well. My cakes are soft and light, full of flavour and are sure to be enjoyed and remembered.
When I am not baking, I am usually spending time with my husband and sons or with family and friends. I love visiting new places, travelling, enjoying new experiences and making memories.
